Children, pets, heat & flames
Keep the diffuser, liquid, reeds and small charm out of reach of children and pets. Keep away from flames, sparks, heat sources and direct sunlight. Never light the reeds. The charm is an accessory, not a toy; its small parts can present a choking hazard.
Placement & handling
Place upright on a level, stable, protected surface where it cannot be knocked over. Avoid contact between the liquid or saturated reeds and furniture, fabrics, painted surfaces and electrical equipment. Use in a suitably ventilated room and follow the final guidance for reed number and placement.
Use only as intended
For room fragrance only. Do not swallow, apply to skin or eyes, add to food, or use in a humidifier, nebuliser or other device unless specifically approved for that product. If fragrance causes discomfort, discontinue use and ventilate the space. Follow the product label for spills or accidental exposure.
Reeds & refills
Our intended no-flip system is still being tested. Follow the instructions supplied with the final diffuser rather than assuming all reeds work the same way. Use the recommended compatible refill and replacement reeds; do not dilute or mix different liquids. Keep refill containers closed and follow their storage instructions.
Keeping the charm
The detachable eight is planned for a key ring, bag or similar personal item. Keep it away from the fragrance liquid and dry it with a soft cloth. Its final attachment, finish and care instructions will be confirmed at launch; it is not marketed as skin-contact jewellery.
