What is planned
An initial 350 ml diffuser set, followed by a planned 350 ml refill and fresh reeds every eight months. The latest available story card is intended to accompany each parcel. This schedule is not a product-longevity promise. Earlier refills are planned as separate purchases.
Your consent & control
Before enrolment, we will show the price per delivery, delivery fees, billing interval, next charge and dispatch dates, any minimum commitment and the cancellation process. Recurring payments will require express agreement. The programme is intended to allow a scent change, skipped delivery or cancellation before the next charge, with the final cut-off disclosed in advance.
Reminders, changes & returns
We plan to send a reminder before renewal and explain how to change or stop the next delivery. Any price change will be communicated before it applies, with the option to cancel. The applicable returns and consumer-rights policy will also cover subscription goods. No recurring payments, accounts or enrolments are enabled at present.
